Infant Massage - 6 weeks

Infant massage allows you to take a break from your day to connect with your baby through touch. In this workshop, you will learn new calming techniques to comfort your child.

Screening your child's development – ASQ-3

Perinatal Workshop

Are you preparing for the birth of your child or have you just given birth? In this workshop, you will discover the changes associated with your new role as a parent. We will answer the following questions:
- What impact do I have on my child?
- How can I listen to my body and take care of it?
- How to manage expectations versus realities?
- How can I stimulate my child and offer him a flexible routine?
- What resources are available in my community?

Wellness Workshop

In a friendly and secure atmosphere, you will:
- Learn more about the challenges encountered in the postpartum period.
- Discover strategies to improve your mental health.
- Participate in activities to put into practice the strategies taught.

Indigenous Culture Evening
Learn through legends, songs and traditional music. During this activity, you will be able to meet other families and share a meal. Children will have fun learning with their five senses.
* No registration is required; Only the first 25 people to arrive will be able to participate in the workshop.
Nurse Visit
Come meet a nurse who will inform you on a multitude of topics concerning your child's health, breastfeeding, nutrition and much more. This program is offered on Monday mornings in Casselman and Wednesday mornings in Rockland and Hawkesbury.
Sensory friendly play

This activity is aimed at families with children aged 0 to 6 who have special needs (diagnosis is not necessary). During this activity:
- Inclusive approach;
- Dim lights;
- Varied sensory activities to explore and learn;
- Numerous resources available for parents (self-regulation, ADHD, sensory needs, autism, etc.).

Tiny Talkers (2 to 4 years)

Designed to provide families with practical strategies to stimulate language development. This program is delivered by an educator trained by speech therapists at the Hanen Center.

Every day, a variety of activities await your children from 0 to 6 years old accompanied by a parent / guardian. Come discover programs like mini-chefs, messy play, tea talk and much more.
Outdoor activity, library, community Centre
Whether you want to stroll through the village, explore the forest or a park, visit a library or community Centre, we are here to offer pedagical programming for you and your child.
